VetSalus Welcomes Scandinavian Investment Group
VetSalus is pleased to announce the establishment of a new Regional Investment Group (RIG) consisting of Scandinavian veterinary practices, currently led by the Danish Group, Dyrlæger & Ko. The new RIG will oversee the adaptation of VetSalus resources and the creation of novel initiatives focused on animal health, welfare and sustainable agriculture for the region.
VetSalus is a committed group of international veterinarians seeking to develop relationships and networks, to build capacity and collaborate globally. With RIGs already established in the UK and New Zealand, the group has expertise in all aspects of ‘One Health’, in particular animal health, welfare and sustainable agriculture.

- “Developing an international perspective, based on international networks, has always been a core ambition for VetSalus, but it does take time. We are very pleased to welcome our Scandinavian colleagues on board. They bring an important European perspective and broaden our base of skills and veterinary experience. We have a number of new projects underway which will be of international interest. And we are always looking for new groups to work with.”

- “We are very excited about joining VetSalus and the trust we have been shown by the international board in the process of setting up the new RIG. Now we cannot wait to get things started and to first of all find relevant partners to team up with in the other Scandinavian countries. The interest in sustainability and animal welfare is of course already present in the veterinary sector in Scandinavia, but partnering up with like-minded vets will bring more knowledge and best practice to the table. We are also looking forward to welcoming strategic partners from other parts of the supply-chain in the good work that we are planning to do in VetSalus Scandinavia.”
