I work in practice as a dairy herd health consultant. My main focus is strategic development of business be it vet practices, farms or organizations. Constantly seeking to inspire and enable vet professionals and vet-led businesses to professionalize their business, create attractive workplaces and to lead on all aspects of sustainability. I Joined the board of Dyrlæger & Ko in 2013 and was elected chair in 2020.
